Spider Strength Gym Membership

Standard Membership: $65/month
Full-time Student Membership: $55/month
Active-Duty Military Membership: $55/month
Police/Fire/EMS Membership: $55/month
Partial Membership (5 visits per month): $35/month

There are no signup fees or contracts. Minimum term is just one month plus the remainder of the current month. The first month is prorated from the date you sign up.

A Standard Spider Strength Gym Membership is an unlimited membership to Spider Strength Gym. A discounted price is available to full time students, full time police, fire, EMS, or active duty military. All memberships come with 24 hour access to Spider Strength Gym.

A Partial Membership gives you full access to Spider Strength Gym for five visits per month. It is the responsibility of the member to track visits. Member may upgrade to a Standard Membership at any time. We reserve the right to charge member if they visit more than 5 times per month.

The first month’s membership is prorated – so if the month is half over, you’ll be charged for one half of a month’s membership. It will then automatically renew on the first of every month. You may cancel through the website at any time. If you cancel, you will not be refunded for the remaining month, but you will not be charged for subsequent months.

To pick up the keyfob or keycard, you can schedule a tour, or we can leave it for you at the gym for you.

  • Please enter the name of the primary member that will be attending the gym.
  • Please enter the date of birth of the primary member. Please note that all Spider Strength Gym members must be at least 18 years old.
    Please select if you'd rather a key card or key fob to unlock the door. The key card is a card that you can put in your wallet. The key fob would go on your keychain.
  • Acknowledgment of Risks, Injury & Obligations
    I acknowledge that the activity I am to undertake is a dangerous activity and that by participating in it I am exposed to certain risks. I acknowledge and understand that whilst participating in such activity:
    · I may be injured, physically or mentally, or may die;
    · My personal property may be lost or damaged;
    · Other persons participating in such activity may cause me injury or may damage my property
    · I may cause injury to other persons or damage their property
    · The conditions in which the activity is conducted may vary without warning
    · I may be injured or die or suffer damage to my property as a result of the negligence or breach of contract of Deff Strength LLC / Spider Strength Gym
    · There may be no or inadequate facilities for treatment or transport of me if I am injured
    · I assume the risk of and responsibility for any injury, death or property damage resulting from my participation in the activity.

    Release and Indemnity
    I participate in the activity at my sole risk and responsibility. I release, indemnify and hold harmless Deff Strength LLC / Spider Strength Gym, its servants and agents, from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of any injury, loss, damage or death caused to me or my property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.

    Administration
    · Memberships are not refundable or transferable.
    · All posted gym rules must be followed. Failure to follow posted gym rules may result in forfeiture of membership.
    · All weights and equipment must be put back after use.
    · Spider Strength Gym reserves the right to charge member with damage to equipment due to negligence or non-permitted use.
    · Shared gym access with a non-member may result in forfeiture of membership.
    · Each member must respect other gym users and behave in an appropriate manner at all times.
    · Spider Strength Gym reserves the right to rescind the rights of members not complying with the terms and conditions of the membership.
    · Anyone under the age of 18 may only be in the gym while staff is present.
    · Deff Strength LLC / Spider Strength Gym may use photos or videos taken at the facility for merchandising, advertising, and/or publicity.
